Try our new liquid nitrogen margarita, a fun and delicious summer cocktail! Aldaco's bartenders start by mixing your favorite Aldaco's margarita at our LN2 station. The -320 degree liquid instantly freezes the alcohol without the addition of ice. Once the cool gas evaporates, you are left with a flavorful and ultra-smooth margarita, perfect on a hot afternoon.
Liquid Nitrogen margaritas are available in any of our margarita flavors including: house, MPO winner, prickly pear, pomegranate, raspberry and strawberry.
